How does that sound?

The position: (Full/Part-Time/internship) Service Designer

As one of our Service Designers, you own the innovation, research, or entrepreneurship projects within your team, always joined by a strategic lead. You are the advocate of the customer, and understand the juggling of their needs with the business goals of organizations. You have your creative toolset and modern know-how of customer centricity to drive the design and validation of new propositions. In addition to that, you can easily empathize with the stakeholders and is skilled in visualizing and delivering your insights.

We are looking for motivated people who want to look beyond execution. We would love you to have a strategic view on business, and the persuasion power to bring people into your story. Apart from your project work, we work together in improving our way of working through research, business development, and marketing activities.


Must-haves:

  • You have completed university education in Strategic Design, Design for Interaction, UX Design or similar;
  • Have 1-3 years of work experience in Service Design, Corporate Startups, or other human-centered innovation programs; You have discovered AND delivered services before, and have the proof to show it;
  • Fluency with the service design toolset: qualitative research, personas, journeys.
  • Speaks Dutch. English is a must. Spanish is a very welcomed plus;
  • Self-directed and motivated to improve our practice;


It would be nice if you:

  • UX and digital product design Experience;
  • Have specific interests within the SD practice and wants to develop them;
  • Is used to a high work pace and takes ownership for output and results;
  • Has an extra mile attitude and creates customers for life;
  • Modest but confident and persuasive;
  • Curious and believes in life-long learning;
